To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. This includes; correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. Once a package has left our HQ, and in the hands of a courier/ post office we have no control over the package. Please allow the following business days, provided below, for the package to be delivered. Orders over $100 require signature upon delivery.


Complimentary standard delivery across the United States for orders over $30. Allow 1-3 business days for order processing and fulfillment, and an additional 1-14 days for shipment. 

We are not responsible for any lost packages.


Allow 2-5 business days for order processing and fulfillment, and may take up to an additional week to arrive. All international orders are shipped with delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs and duties are not included in the item prices or shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these charges before your order is placed. Please contact your local customs office for assistance on estimating custom cost.

Insufficient by courier or wrong address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the designated address. Reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch." Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

Pre - Order

Pre - order

Pre-Order items can take between 2-5 weeks (timing can vary with COVID-19 still affecting the global trade market) to arrive at our business headquarters and will be shipped out within 1-2 business days of their arrival (business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends and/or holidays).

PLEASE trust and respect the process. Note that your method of payment will be charged in full at time of checkout for all pre-orders. Any items that are pre-order will ship out separately from items that are on-hand. We ask that you DO NOT place an order for an item on pre-order if you cannot trust and respect the process.



There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on any pre-order items. Please be sure that you are ordering the correct product variant i.e., size, color, etc. In the event that you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our contact us page and we will be happy to assist you. 



We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff, we prohibit any form of cancelation on any purchases. Track order

Order updates and history can be seen under "My Orders" tab in "MyBB" account.  After an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided for the order placed. Any trouble tracking or questions on your order, please contact us.

How fast is shipping ?

Our Shipping is very fast ! Most orders arrive in 1-7 days. All items are pre-made and ready to ship, please allow 1-3 days for your order to be packaged. Once your order is packaged it will ship out with

1-14 business day shipping. When your order is shipped out you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Is the payment link secure ? 

All Breaking Bread transactions are secure. The Breaking Bread website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data.


Signature Delivery

Orders over $100 are shipped with signature delivery, if you are not home to sign for the package you can reschedule the delivery through the tracking number link or you can pick up the item at your nearest USPS post office. For more details or help with your order, email our customer support

What are the accepted payment methods ? 

Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, PayPal or Apple Pay with a valid United States billing and shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express, and Mastercard. When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.
